STREET ART COMPETITION
The “Street Art meets Climate Change” Competition aims to use youthful creativity and style to bring across the very serious message of climate change. Pop culture is the ideal medium for engaging young people in this urgent issue by showcasing youthful talent to raise awareness.

Rules & Regulations
Youth residing in South Africa between the ages of 15 to 35 are invited to enter their submissions on our website & on our Facebook page & tag our Instagram page for Instagram entries to stand a chance of winning. Submissions on our website are to be adjudicated by an external & independent judging panel. Social media entries are for a Public Choice Award, were the picture or 1 minute video submission with the most likes will receive a cash prize and may be invited to exhibit their work at a prestigious gathering along with other winners. The competition runs from 29 May 2017 to 28 July 2017. Winners will be announced before 18 August 2017.
Participants remain the sole owners of their art work but are required to make their submissions available to the organizers of the competition for non-commercial use & display.
The organizing committee consisting of Flanders representation in Southern Africa and WTG Media House (Pty.) Ltd reserve the right to disqualify any submission that is deemed not to be inline with the aim of the competition for whatever reason decided upon by the stakeholders involved.
