The second annual International Public Art Festival will be held in Salt River, Cape Town from 10-19 February 2018. The festival is an initiative of NGO Baz' Art, with the aim to create greater awareness of public art and also to use it as a medium to educate, uplift and inspire the public. This edition boasts an eclectic mix of international and local street artists, as they interpret this year’s theme of “Nature Doesn’t Need Us: We Need Nature.” One of the artists is the Flemish street artist ROA, best known for painting birds and animals in an urban environment.
